10 MONTHS

Silas hit the 10 month mark near the end of January. For his monthly picture he is wearing one of my all time favorite outfits...the pants were Phin's and a gift from Aunt Sarah.  The shirt is a hand-me-down from Carver.  The shoes are little Air Jordans that I found at a thrift store.

Here are the monthly pictures of Silas...all smiles.

Some of my favorite pictures this month were taken on our trip to Phoenix.  Silas loved the Children's Museum.  I loved that they had a little baby area in each section of the museum with age-appropriate toys.

Silas is still at the age where he explores the world with his mouth...I am kind of ready for this stage to be over.

He is quick to warm up to people and was so happy to become reacquainted with Jeff, Kim and Carver over our trip.

 He wants to be doing exactly what Phin and Millie are doing.

Silas looks good in flannel just like his Dad.

Silas loves to swing.

He also loves to be outside...just like Phin at this age. 

Silas got pretty sick in January.  He was just miserable and wanted to be held day and night.  Nona was an absolute lifesaver and held him a couple of mornings while I was at work.  We found out after a trip to the Pediatrician that he had his first ear infection...it was the pits.

Silas mastered his little bum scoot this month.

He also mastered a tongue click/pop...he does this all of the time now.

He has the best giggle around...

He loved playing in the snow for the first time.  Phin and Millie pulled him around in the sled while I shoveled the driveway...he mostly loved it.

Phin update: Phin missed his first days of Kindergarten in January...sickness hit our family hard.  Luckily he didn't miss the day that the Children's museum staff visited.  Phin is the second student from the right in the tug of war.

Silas LOVES his siblings...and Phin is able to save Silas from dangerous situations and get him to laugh.

Millie update: Millie loves to be a little mama to Silas.  I often open drawers to let him play with the contents...and she comes after me and shuts the drawer because it is "not safe Silas."  Millie is talking more and more and is usually talking about mermaids, unicorns, PJ masks, etc.  We sure love this little mama Millie.
