Easter Weekend

We spent Easter weekend up in Cache Valley with Seth's family.

Jill and Peter were our hosts and we loved spending a little extra time with their little ones.  

Saturday morning we headed down to their local park for some kite flying.  It wasn't really windy so the kite only stayed up if you were running.

The kids made their own kites out of string and plastic bags...running was still required

After kite flying we headed to another park for their community egg hunt.

Seth was a great assistant and held the plastic bag.

Then we headed to Seth's parent's house for a lovely lunch and for a joint baby shower with Seth's sister Beth, and her husband Philip, who are expecting a little girl in July.

We played the game of guess how big the belly is.  Seth was about an inch off...not too bad.

We were also blindfolded and had to guess what baby food was being fed to us...all I have to say is poor baby.

Seth enjoyed opening playing with many of the gifts.  Thank you everyone for the shower and for the wonderful Easter weekend.
